Dr. E.B. Frayser was the doctor who aided W.C. Quantrill and his men during the CW in Missouri. He later lived in Fort Smith, Arkansas and practiced when Judge Parker was on the bench there. Records state he was a Cherokee by blood. He was quite prominent in the Indian Territory. This is a rare CDV image of him, signed, and taken by R.Goebel, St. Charles, Missouri in 1874.
