The United States Deputy Marshals under Judge Parker in the Indian and Oklahoma Territory had a tough time chasing down an area infested with outlaws in the 1890-1900 period. Captain Willie was wanted for the murder of a Deputy U.S. Marshal in Oklahoma Territory. Caption on front says : "Captain Willie, DUSM (Deputy U.S. Marshal) Murder of". Image taken by C.P.
