Here is another real cowboy or frontiersman. He wears a buckskin shirt, a western hat low on his head, fringed pants or leggings. He holds a Springfield rifle. His right hand is on the horn of his western saddle. The cabinet card is damaged on the back after being torn out of an album or something. There is little left of the photographer's mark but I can see it was in New Mexico. It is an albumen image and may be in the 1880s Apache War period.
