There are so many of these photographs that pop up from time to time. This one is identified in the mount as "Rio Grande Bill". The image is by Swords Bro's, York, Pa. That would indicate to me that this man was a Wild West Show performer with Pawnee Bill. He has a lasso over his shoulder, he wears TWO hostered Colt SAAs , wears a fringed jacket, and very High topped Show boots. He has his saddle and a bull whip at his feet. It is a very desirable photograph these days.
