No. 1 El Cahn: 10 years for murder
No. 2: Hos-Cal te: 12 years for murder
No. 3 Say-es: 7 years for assault with intent to kill
No 4 Apache Kid: 7 years for assault with intent to kill
No 5 Bob MacIntosh: Apache Interpreter, charged with horse theft but acquitted
No 6 Hastentuoujay: for life in prison
No7 Na-Deiz-az: hanged Dec.27, 1889 for murder of Lt. Seward Mott at San Carlos
No. 8 Pash-ten-tah: 7 years for assault with intent to kill
No 9 Bithejabetishtocean: sent for life for murder
No 10 Hale: 7 years for assault with intent to kill.
"Eight of these at large after killing Sheriff Reynolds and his deputy W.A. Holmes on their way to Yuma, the penitentiary".
Most were recaptured except for the Apache Kid. He was reportedly involved in other criminal acts until he disappeared in 1894.
