This is a nice group of four American Indians from a same family group. The two men were probably brothers. The seated man was Papa of the baby and husband of the young woman behind and beside him. The men wear buckskin costumes. The baby is in a elaborate shirt and Mom in a beautifully beaded dress. She holds a single shot rifle. The seated man wears some sort of ribbon and metal. The image is by Smith & Hodson, St. Marys, O. (Ohio). These groups generally worked for Wild West Shows or Patent Medicine Shows. They are a FINE looking group. The cabinet is an 1880s albumen.  There is no identification of who they are.
