This is a faded stereo view (bird's Eye) of 1860's Virginia City, M.T. It is by Savage & Ottinger, G.S.I. City, Utah. It is identified on the back. This view is slightly closer than previous view and a different angle. It shows the extensive buildings around the main street. I have scanned it at 1200 dpi with color restoration and dust removal. I have collected Montana Territory photographs and documents for almost 45 years and have an extensive collection. These images are now excessively rare and Montana collectors frankly would like to have them back paying very high prices. None of mine are for sale which makes me an unpopular collector of Montana items from Texas. LOL
