This is a known and published image but, to my knowledge, the only original extant. It is a formal photograph taken by Mrs. M. Waightman, Colton, California of N. Porter Earp and his wife. They were the parents of all of the well known Earp clan. The label on the front is glued (in the period) to the image and states: "Judge Earp and wife. He was past President of Pioneer Society. Was a Pioneer of California. The back is signed in period pencil "Judge Earp". I purchased this image from a known collector dealer in California after the Pioneer Society building was burned and they needed money to rebuild. It is a large cabinet photograph.
