Jack Stillwell . He was a cavalry Scout at Fort Still, IT in the 1870s and may have held a commission as a U.S. Marshal. He was the brother of Frank Stillwell who was involved in the murder of Morgan Earp and the wounding of Virgil Earp in Tombstone, Arrizona. He threatened to go to Tombstone and kill the Earps after the Earps legally killed Frank. Nothing came of it except a lot of wind.
