This is a well known image of Buffalo Bill Cody as a young boy. The difference in this one is that it belonged to Cody himself. It is a circa 1900 copy of the early version. The image descended from Cody to his daughter Irma Cody Garlow and then to his great granddaughter Patsy Garlow. It was for many years in the Cody museum but removed with others by the Garlow family. Sold to the public.
