Cowboy is IDed on the back as Gus Berlin. It was taken in Chicago, Ills. He may well have been a Wild West Show cowboy and the dog in his act. I have no idea but think a good assumption. He is a cool cowboy though with his gun, lasso, chaps, bib shirt, boots, spurs and bandana. His pug dog sits on the table at the right.
