Signed CDV photograph of Maurice Higgins taken in Cheyenne, W.T. prior to his death. He was shot in a gunfight in front of the Exchange Saloon on Front Street, Missoula, Montana, August 15, 1892 by a man named John Burns. He was the son of C.P. Higgins.
