Cabinet card of David Charles "Omaha Charlie" Bristol (1834-1925). Started as a manager and costumer in Cody's Wild West Shows in the 1880s. He left Cody and joined the Kickapoo Indian Medicine Company . He eventually married a Winnebago woman. He has a holstered Military style Remington revolver with ivory grips. He wears a fringed shirt with heavy Indian quill work and an Indian buffalo tooth necklace. Wide brimmed cowboy hat. A dandy image!
