This tintype of Gip Clements was sold to me in the 1970's by Bobby McNellis (El Paso, Texas) who found and bought the Hardin trunk from which almost ALL of the Hardin personal items extant came from. . It was in the Hardin album and given to me prior to selling the album to Bob McCubbin. Bobby gave it to me as a gift. I knew Bobby very well. It has been published.
